It is a fully furnished 1st floor apartment with 2 private big bedrooms all the necessary electrical devices (oven, fridge, refrigerator, laundry machine, vacuum cleaner) and kitchen utensils.

The room is equipped with: double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, linen, towels.

Monthly rate per room: 350, 00 EUR

Bills: All included (up to the consumption limit of 220 kWh /per person/per month for electricity and 10 euros/per person/per month for the usage of water)

Notes: Parties are not allowed in any of our apartments!

Security deposit requested: Equals one month’s rent and it will be returned to the student at the end of the stay after the owner checked for damages.

Cleaning: Not included. Cleaning after entering at the apartment is an obligation of the tenant throughout his/her stay.

Visitors: Allowed but we should also be notified about guests.

Possibility to visit the property before booking: if there is availability at that specific time it can be organized. We do not however keep apartments for tenants to check and we only consider valid a confirmed paid booking. You can always come and check from the available ones. We will be glad to show you the available apartments. However, keep in mind that as each semester approaches students reserve the apartments quite fast. So you should not expect many available choices the very last minute.

Booking for custom dates: We have a minimum of stay of 3 months during the period of September to June and a minimum of 1 month’s stay during summer.
